Export tracks from REAPER

I am working with another musician and since he use another DAW I need to send him all the tracks post vst,effects,panning and volume adjustments. How can I do this? I have tried to use File->Consolidate/Export tracks.. but this option apply neither vst or volume/panning. I then tried to create STEM tracks for all the tracks and although this option does apply VST and effects the panning and volume is ignored. Please advise if there is some way I can do this?

from what I have read, it will save everything except plug-in settings... converts to a bunch of different formats...

Thanks for the advise but I ended up sending the stem tracks plus an info file with volume and panning info so that he can reapply in his DAW. I guess this is my only option and probably the best option since the original levels in the wav files are preserved.

Out of interest what is the 'other daw'?

How about a workaround - freeze the tracks, THEN export?

The other DAW is Cubase but I also believe he will be using Reason. When you say freeze what do you mean? I have tried to create stem tracks but this option ignores volume and panning.
