Can anyone confirm this? To reproduce: 1. Set project BPM to 120 in transport. 2. Drop a type 0 MIDI file into Reaper's arrange page with a preset tempo lower than the project BPM (in this case 80 BPM). Reaper automatically inserts 2 tempo markers: the first, 120 BPM at 0: and the second, 80BPM at 0:01.999 (not sure why it should need to insert the first one, as it's the same as the project BPM anyway). 3. Right-click on the item and select Item processing>Explode multichannel audio or MIDI channel items to new mono items. Result: Missing content. New items are the same length as the original but their content is truncated early. The extra length is the start of a loop from the beginning - unlike the original file. see screenshot below. Expected result: Content of all new items should be exactly the same length as the original file. Note: This problem does not happen if the tempo markers are removed and the project BPM is set to 80BPM (or whatever is the original tempo of the MIDI file)
