Open Labs Miko Reaper License 3 Question

Hello, I have the open labs miko which comes with Reaper installed with a commercial license. But it doesn't give me any license or registration key when i look in all the places it should be listed. I talked to open labs and they said they were unsure how this worked with the new system for obtaining the reaper 3 license. Can anybody tell me what I am supposed to do?
