"Don't Convert Audio" greyed out

Just downloded the latest version of DVD2SVCD (1.0.9 Build 3). Since I use it to resize dvd's down to CVD resolution and bitrate, and then burn multiple movies to dvd-r, I want the AC-3 audio. Problem is, the "Don't convert audio" is now greyed out, and I have to cancel it when the audio conversion starts up. No biggy, just don't want it wasting time converting audio.

Select "Don't make Images" in the CD Image tab.

I tried selecting "don't make images" but the option to use the original sound source is still greyed out. What now?

Oops, I mean it doesn't work in AVI2SVCD mode...
