I am getting exactly the same problem and cannot work out why? Help Cockos!

Don't have reaper available to check the name right now but I recall a preference about something like "old buggy plugin..." which said (when hovered over) something about being more stable when changing synth presets. I could be dreaming again, it is pretty late here.. :) Will try and find it next time I'm on reaper.

Reaper 2 problems with Speakerphone on OS X

Speakerphone has a popup menu for selection of speakers and what not. On OS X, when this popup menu is activated, it displays behind the VST container window and the primary VST ui vanishes. It can be reactivated by pushing the UI button several times. Reaper: 3.1415 OS X: 10.6.2 Speakerphone: 2.02
