2.25 is available for download, I've done quite a few changes -OggMux 0.9.1 -BeSweet 1.4RC7 -AviSynth 2.0.4 -DVD Anleitung -DVB Anleitung -Audio menu allows audio encoding with VirtualDub -Audio menu has language selection for OGM files -split OGM files -improved profiles -improved profile preview -joblist items can be checked/unchecked -audio command lines include program path so it's not limited to BeSweet anymore -saving profiles to the settings folder will not save paths information -other small changes and fixes @Emp3r0r I've looked into your problems with d2v and old profiles, I have no problens here and couldn't find a bug or something. Old profiles can now be used. Can you use the avs file created by DVX, have you tried to open the VOB's instead of the d2v file?
@Dolemite: Upgrading from .223 caused no problems for me this time. I haven't had much time to test your program. I just got my P4 up to 2.8ghz. I was seeing 36fps encoding with XviD and standand ntsc settings. I believe your DVX needs some GUI reworking. How much of your program is .NET objects that I can call from VB or C#. I'll take a look at your source once I get Visual Studio.NET reinstalled, keep improving it! I have a few features I'd like to help add to it.
well, DVX is much like a megatool that can start many different programs. The avisynth support is cool. I think with little work it could be a more useful megatool that automates more of the work. For example, give it d2v, ifo and AC3 file and get a OGM with xvid video, vorbis audio and chapters in return. Anyway, I'm going to install VS.NET tonight so I'll take a look at the newest source. Did you know some guy did some managed C# code to call directshow same as C++. That might be useful to you. Look at PS: thanks koepi, i'm a homer fan
i use ifo to get chapter data. it is weird that dvd decrypter creates a different chapter file than chapterXtractor. I wonder which one is correct? Anyway, I tested your program and IT WORKED! :D Suggestions and Problems for DVX 1: Forced Film wasn't used in dvd2avi 2: No easy way to do Credits 3: Audio should be done first, then calculate video size 4: Confusing GUI 5: No progress indicator during OggMux
2.26 is out now, I did some new screenshots, because I have some nice new features like XP Look, all AviSynth Filters in the config file now, all Input Formats supported by, DVD2AVI, AviSynth or PVAStrumento are supported now, some new menu's and a few other things
