I guess I am in a mood for programming. U will find attached a small Xcell sheet I have put together in order to help me calculate the free space I have on a DVD-R after IonePassVBR a movie. Usually I ovr first, to create the vaf file, for the main movie and any extras I would like to keep. Next I use an authoring programm to mux the streams together and create my vts sets. I ifoupdate the new and old ifos and have a first taste for the size of the semi-finished title set. Using this xls file and inserting the required data it calculates for me the new size of the video stream for the main movie. I believe it is pretty straightforward and easy to use. U can hover your mouse on the small red triangles that some cells contain to have some extra informations about the required action. ps. remove the zip extension and unrar.
Thank u for downloading the previous version. Here is an improved one that calculates the exact video size without any ovr or authoring needed. Just insert the size of the audio streams of the movie, and the sum of all the elements that u will not alter, such as DD movies or studio logos and u will get the video size in the same spot. However if u want u can author as before and get the same answer as well.
