I am not a Jammer user. Actually used it many, many moons ago like Jammer 1.0 :) , interestingly they now have a VST "midi" plugin. Its really an MFX plugin but one can use a VST MFX wrapper. What's cool is that its integrated with your DAW, so for folks that like to use these music brainstorming tools its a real value. I play around with Band in the Box but I have to export to midi and then import into Reaper etc, pretty cumbersome. The jammer plugin eliminates this cycle allowing one to listen to mods immediately. So has anybody played with this plugin ? or any Reaper Jammer user's out there ? If so any feedback on Jammer is appreciated. thanks

Hi Charles, I still own Jammer Pro 6, even if I don't use it anymore. I have always worked around the 'limitations' by using virtual MIDI drivers like MIDI Yoke/Maple MIDI. Sending MIDI out my DAW via those virtual ports, entering into Jammer Pro/Band-In-A-Box, exiting these to re-enter my DAW of choice. It's not as cumbersome a setup as it could sound like and works pretty well. Still, I'll have a look at the new VST version of Jammer, sure sounds like fun and an much easier solution (Total Recall someone?), so thanks for the heads up on this. ;) Raphael ;)

I didn't see that limitation. I'll look again. these tools are good for brainstorming , for shaking things up.
