Imported Midi Track Name

When importing a Format 1 midi file via Insert->Media File, each track created in Reaper is assigned the same name (the name of the inserted file). When importing midi files, is it possible for Reaper to assign a track's name based a meta event (i.e. Track Name or Instrument Name) defined in the SMF file? Yes, we'll do this. We will also support the other way, using MIDI track name events when exporting project MIDI.
